Analysis:
The story is about a couple who takes accommodation in a old resort where a gang of kidnappers hid a business man. And the incidents that follows. Ram Gopal Varma succeeded in proving his point of making a zero budget movie in 5 days with out using conventional cameras, trolleys, jimmy jibs, cranes etc… He shot the entire movie in natural light using Canon 5D cameras. The quality is no less to a movie shot using normal techniques. Dongalamuta is a lesson to film makers who are incurring great losses due to lack of cost control.

Performances:

Ravi Teja is at his awesome ease as usual. Charmee did well and she worked a lot on her dubbing too. Lakshmi Manchu excelled the role of police officer. Sunil and Brahmanandham were wasted. Rest all are ok.

Positives:
1. Usage of new technology
2. Back ground music
3. Performances

Negatives:
1. Poor dubbing
2. Dialogues were not up to the mark.
3. Not a great story

Final word:
Dongala muta offers nothing new to the audience. Except for the fact it is made in 5 days, there is nothing great about the movie. Audience will feel bored to sit on their seats for 1 hour 32 minutes. But the idea of RGV and the effort of the team should be commended
