The candidate must have experience in management of H/W, S/W, Application servers, Web Servers, Middleware products, Data/Memory grids, PCI Compliance. - Performance tuning of J2EE applications and servers, Capacity management for organic and inorganic growth, and Fault/Trouble mgmt. - Perform high-level and detailed designs for mid-sized complex projects. He/She will also support ongoing Production and non-production environments, and upcoming projects. - Prior experience in leading/participating in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions based on industry trends. - Solid interpersonal/communication skills and leadership abilities regularly lead other team members in project activities. Work closely with analysts, developers, quality assurance, and production support team members to align projects and orchestrate resolutions on open issues/defects. Might also need to perform project management activities such as planning, sizing, scheduling, including implementation activities for the infrastructure team. - Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments - Evaluate, develop and implement systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements. - Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
