First things first, You desperately need a job in a good field and you need to get paid every month correctly besides you use this time to learn and progress in your career. Once you are capable you can fly on your own I mean opt our for FTE or do what ever you want but now since you guys desperately need Job ... approaching an IT consultancy is the only way ... Think Practical ... There are many to give free advices but none to give you a job except an IT consultancy ... Accept it and move forward..... you will succeed in your career
