Yes you can apply for premium processing but they may charge extra 1500$ for this...2. You don't have to show any reason and your lawyer will take care of it.... But your start date will be Oct 1st irrespective of your H1 approval......

He is showing this as a reason for not going for PP.So is that a normal thing among employers or is he trying to fool mee?
