Is it better to exchange it to INR or USD in this moment

Daani badulu .,try to exchange them in a Bank  like SBI , koti Branch lo Internation transactions ki oka Dept..untundhi..
they will list all the exchanges made by you under your 'passport , but it will not be a trouble for 5000 pounds I gues..

So try to have a Look at that option once if possible..
