Congress leader joins TDP

Kattera Gangadhar joins TDP

Mr. Kattera Gangadhar, senior Congress leader and former MLA from the Nizamabad district joined the TDP on Thursday. Mr. Chalasani Rama Rao, another senior leader of the Congress also joined the party along with him.

Mr Gangadhar said that while the Congress party had assured the people of Telangana that it would give separate Telangana State and failed, the TDP had made a clear commitment on the Telangana State now. He said that he was joining the TDP as it was for the formation of the Telangana State.
