    My cousin is planning to go to HYDERABAD consulate for H1B visa stamping.  maa vaadu full time employee. Hyderabad consulate website lo  "From  Petitioner" section  lo all employees salaries, their titles, start date, end date documents anni asking...
asalu company vallu ee details isthara anni  doubt?? just company details istharu like company revenue and all that stuff but employees salaries avvi kuda ante, maa vadiki koncham doubt ga undhi??

evaru anna ee anni details tesuku vellara consulate ki.

Mee cousin ki H1 cheshina lawyer untadu kada. Vallani contact kavadam better. Manam teeskapoyye documents chaala takkuva. Employer icche documents ee ekkuva untay.

And all employees salaries documents usually istaru sealed cover la any employer.

actually, maa vadiki visa stamping ayyindhi paatha company tho (adhi non profit organization) and adhi valid till august , 2012. 8 months back kotha company ki (private company) move ayyadu. appudu lawyer ni adigadu malli stamping ki vella anni, lawyer not necessary but velthe better, neeku port of entry lo issues emi undav annadu. so, vadiki first vella ledhu confusion?? and also ee documents anni company vallini adigthe vallu schock avtharu emo ..andhuku ante veedu okkade desi employer akkada..salaries avvi ante emi antaro anni doubt vadiki.... lawyer ni consult cheya manta...thanks for help...

emi documents?? in case nuvu H1B documents annte --he is having all of them with him... kani consulate vallu asking salaries of fellow employees as well.. aa information evariki disclose cheyaru ga ...

this is what the consulate wesite says:

From the Petitioner :

  Petitioner’s Income Tax Return for the last two tax years and financial statements.

·  Petitioner’s employees of the job site listed. The list should show all employees’ names, their specific job titles, start and end dates, and their individual salaries and immigration status.

·  State Unemployment Wage Reports, showing all wages paid to each employee in the state, for the past three quarters.  (This should be the actual forms filed to the State authorities listing each employee and wages paid during the quarter.)

ade bhayya, manam stamping poyye tappudu mana employer company gurinchi kuda documents istadu. edo confidential documemnts ani cheppi istaru. vallu adigite vallaki iyyali anta.
And those documents are to support that your company is eligible to sponsor you h1. Adi ee company anna iyyali.

(Employee ki disclose cheyyaru bhayya. Oka sealed packet la istaru. Consulate la submit chyyali)

vadi company lo he is the only desi...so, chala explain cheyali vallaki....but anyways, thanks for the info mama....
