I dont think Sachin is eligible for BHARAT RATNA award under the grounds of cricket. KHEL RATNA is good enough for an Outstanding Cricket performance.

ANNA HAZARE- am not sure...if he qualifies...SOCIAL REFORMS are different from POLITICAL REFORMS.  He has fought for anti-corruption which is part of political reform.

Also, there might be some names that can be arguably disputed.
