Will it be a problem visiting india when we are in OPT extension after filing H1

Hello Everyone,

  right now i am in opt extension and i am filing H1B in may second week and i am planning to start in Oct if it is APPROVED.
  i am going to india in July and coming back in same month  i might get result of filing before i visit inida, could anyone let me know will it be a problem re-entering US.

..if you are in opt you can visit india only if your h1 is approved before you visit india...

if i apply now i will get the result by jul first week and i will be coming back in JUL last week ,but i will mention my start date as Oct 1, will it  be a problem re entering US

Its always better not to visit India once you filed for H1( irrespective its approved/pending) in the present situations. If you want to wait till July last week for your H1 filing, you can enjoy your visit. Once you come back, you can start filing.
