Need suggestions on H1

Hello Friends :

I am new to this forum and need guidelines from you.I am out of job from the last 4 months.

And my employer he sent my H1 cancellation letter to INS 2 months ago.

So what is my status now and is there any possibility that I can stay back in the country.

dude,

you are wasting your time, apply for h1 transfer as soon as possible

My worst guess is you will be out of status soon

Try going 2 F1 if u want to stay in USA..I can giv u details hw to tranfer F1 and which univ is good for this?

I tried applying for transfer but most of the companies are not ready to do transfer bcoz of queries and other things even if I try now they will ask for recent pay slips which I have until july this year

I can't go for F1.

There are 100s of desi companies are there... keep h1b transfer... immediately... find any small or medium companies...

how abt recent pay slips I dont have them when I spoke with one consultancy he said I need to have recent pay slips in order to do transfer....
