lyk brown/whole meak bready with egg whites in morning


haddock oven baked w/o oil and butter


brown rice only a cup and protein bars/meal replacement bars


fruits mostly apple, peaches, grapes


nit again whole meal bread


some times spl k corn flakes

first start of wit warm up and treadmill -25 min at 6km/hr to 12km/hr level 8


cross trainer - 20 min level 6


stepper idi matram dulla teridi - 10min about 44 floors


cycling- 15 min


rowing- 10 min


ab crunch - 3x 15 reps


ivvi ani dialy mama some tyms biseps low wt more reps
etc
