nenu itlane cheshina oka 2 months, inka oka 6 6months healthy diet. Weight oka 6 kgs taggina kaani, size baaga taggindi. 38 became 34.

ba...u should not burn more than 1000 calories a day antaru mama...nenu matram 2500 chesina and diet balance chesivadini...dont 4gt this one...........

chala mandi ivi cheyi avi cheyi ani cheptharu,,,,,, but 1 fact..... u do whatevr exercise u choose.... it makes ur body fat burn at its own respective pace.... & tht too for certain time.....after that how much u work out... u never see any results...... means u need to intensify ur workout
