Gona Ganna Reddy was the ruler of ' Vaddemani ' during 1262-1296 AD under the
Kakatiya Queen Rudrama Devi.When many noblemen of the Kakatiya Kingdom were
against the choice of a Woman becoming a Queen, Ganna Reddy was one of the few
nobles who staunchly supported the selection of Rudrama Devi.

Ganna Reddy is an active and valiant noble of the kakatiya kingdom. He
seems to have held the Office of Customs Revenue ('Sthala Sunkadhikari').
