No its corruption perception index............. I will put it this way for every

10 rupees the amount that is being spent for the welfare of the country

In INDIA it is 3.6 and in USA it is more than 9.  So it indicates INDIA is highly

corrupted and USA in no where close to INDIA.I hope I made myself clear.
