Visiting Atlanta, GA

Planning to visit Atlanta for Thanks giving... Can any one tell me which area Hotel is easily accessable for tourist attractions and safe? Its a 5 day trip one day planned to Birmingham remaining days Atlanta regular attractions.

Heard Atlanta bit high crime...so thought better take some advise..

there are good hotels in Lenox. peachtree. if you want in downtown.. nothing to worry you can stay in Downtown. its beautiful ..

dont forget to visit worlds largets GA aquirum . COKE  center, CNN center, Stone moutain, ( lazer show in evening) , halen,

and last but not least visit buckhead  ~"!  ( the whole street has strip clubs.. and pinkpony is my favorite.. figurs kathi mama .. pandaga chesuko)
