thine food parts ga thinu bhayya, lyk daily 3 times theeskone food parts ga 5 times thinu....nite lo rice, curd thagginchu... chapathi best or salads  sCh_elmodance2 ....

GM diet tokka kuda panicheyadu... fat karagadu pettadu.... just water content potundi body lo... face pikkupotundi... waste ialtni diet vi kakunda... manchiga mekki... fat leni foods... exercise cycling cheyandi... summer kabatti swimming best.... side effects evi vundavu...
