Bhagat Singh Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 Hello Guys, My PERM labor was applied on Jun 2007 and I got a query from DOL on Feb 2008. My employer told me that attorney had replied back with a motion or petition along with supporting documents and yet to hear back from DOL. During this time can i transfer my H1B to a new company,would it be possible to apply for a new PERM labor through new company with out cancelling the previous application. Could you please let me know what precautions i need to take in this scenario? should i have to request my old employer to cancel my appeal for PERM labour applied through his company? please advise.
