Yes there are lot of schemes started by NDA Govt. between 1999-2004, but they are for all the states, not only for AP.
There are very good ones like "Paniki Aahaaram [Food for Work]", "DWAKRA (pavala vaddi)" which are a straight-away success, but CBN managed to project them as TDP's schemes. That too before TV9 and other channels started, there were lots of people who used to argue based on the Eenadu news. There 'were' plenty of people who used to establish facts because they have read it or seen it on Eenadu.
Luckily, gone were those days and lot of new channels coming every year.
