SAS is integrated system of software solutions.It has got many products to do specific tasks. Depends on domain(Banking,Insurance, Finance, Clinical, etc) they use specific products/tools. For any domain Base sas software is must. It doesn't require any programming skills.It is easy to work out. Most of the life science  students doing sas course and getting jobs.
