applying BODMAS, brackets takes the precedence

6/2*3

again applying BODMAS, Division and Multiplication have same precedence, meaning the precendence is interchangeable, in that case you sart to solve from LHS
[also, 3 on the RHS should not be interpreted as if it is in the denominator. It is only the case when you present the problem this way: 6/(2*(1+2))  ]

3*3=9
