dude Are you from Either Nellore ... or the new Praksam-2 Parliament.

Panabaka never visited naa..

she had her imapct on whatever the Constituency she was in.. she was able to grab enuf funds being a minister at the centre and she maintians a proper comm with all the MLAs under her constituency.

Also She moved from Nellore to Bapatla in last Elections as the Reservation on Nellore was Removed only in the last term and she moved to a new place where she can win easily against TDP.

She got some Good talent where she can handle things without comign out much into the NEWS .
not a very talented Speaker but a Leader enuf to show her impact on any of the places she represented..

Well Exactly CBN was concentrating more on JAgan for the same Reason ,as there is no way Congress will get some Edge in the next local body Elections,

Jagan is gonna be some REal big headache for CBN in the local bodies as he already spent lakhs of rupees in grabbing the masses in the local bodies..

So CBN was trying to tarnish the image of Jagan at the root level by showing his inefficiency at the State level..
