Its not that way bro..
When there was a very big Politician in Open CAtegory and the seat is under Reserved cat.. they need to find some one with Reservation and all those big leaders need to work hard for making her win the Elections,
so all the LEaders in Nellore helped PAnabaka in winning the palce with a very Good Majority as she was from Congress.

But when the Reservation was lifted obviously the Big Leader never thinks of loosing his own opportunity and giving it to the same old one who can grab some other opportunity in a diff place,

So YSR handled it very carefully without disrupting the vote bank the party had..
