[/quote]Interview chesey vaalla ni em analev ba ... management alaa untundi .. its not just TCS for that matter.. satyam/Tech Mahindra/Infosys andharu anthe.. veellu antha candidates ni mundhe interview chesi standby ga unchukuntaaru.. incase project confirm avvagaane aah interview chesina candidates ki 2nd round of interview with Client pedathaaru

They just follow the same policy ..where in which they take so many candidates..pay them probably like 10-20k rupees per month .. n when project comes in .. they will assign them with the work..

kani US lo unna candidates ki alaa cheyyaleru kabatti.. stand-by lo pettukuntaaru

so its not fault of the ppl who interviews .. its the management policy
