As he is sponsoring H1...is he going to run pay rolls....this is must if u r on H1...2. If so how much is he running...be sure in that....3. How is he going to give the training and how is he going to place u...4. Better contact some old guys from that consultancy...how he do it...and how good is that consultancy....u can ask ur emp directly about some old guys numbers....5. what are all the things he is providing u during the training period.ivi main mama....tharvatha migathavi choodochu....
