Land encroached in HYD. How to proceed or fight? Any suggestions please

Guys –  sorry2 for my long email, I request to please have the patience of reading my whole post.
Please give me any suggestions on how to deal this situation welco#afd

In the year 1986 my Dad bought this land (350 sq yards) in Pedda Amberpet (On NH9 VJW highway - Near Ramoji Rao’s Ramadevi public School). Until 2001 I and my dad used to monitor this site whenever travelling to Hyderabad. As there was no construction/real estate boom we never thought of selling this plot and of course no one would have been interested in buying this plot until 2004. In the mean time I came to US and my dad stopped travelling to HYD due to ill health. And recently I visited India in April, 2011 and upon my dad's request I went visited this plot and found out the fact that the plot has been encroached by Ravindranath Reddy (Cuddapah Mayor & YSJ's uncle) #~`.

Basically what happened is that - the original land owner (I.Gopal) before 1986 developed a few layout in his 2 acres land and sold these of plots to different parties (most of them are from Guntur and nearby places). Since this place being located very far from HYD city didn't develop for almost 20 years. But most of the buyer's were waiting for the city to expand and it took more to 25 years for land rate to appreciate from Rs 10K to Rs10 Lakhs for each plot (350 Sq Yards).
But it seems in the year 2004, Mr. Ravindranath Reddy(Cuddapah Mayor) encroached this 2 acre vacant land before the government announced the Outer Ring road proposal. He got rid of the all the stones (Kolatha Rallu) and road layouts and built a 1km wall on the borders. Along with this plot itseems he also encroached another neighbouring 1acre land which belonged to local villager. But later did a settlement by paying him some peanuts (less than 2 lakhs). Currently this plot is still vacant (No construction except the wall that he built in 2004).
The original seller had expired some time ago and most of the buyers might have also expired since this sale happened in 1986. We have the original documents with 100% proof (Original land layout, Sale deed and Encumberance Certificate) with my dad’s name and document number matching with the local Sub Registrar office documents.
Along with my dad, one of our relative also purchased 4 plots in the same layout. It seems recently a person by name Sankar contacted them several times and told them that some telangana guy has encroached the land and was willing to pay Rs50K for each plot, and if he doesn’t agree for that price not agreeing they get nothing and end up losing the plot .But when enquired with the Pedda Amberpet village folks we found the real fact about the current rate is 10 lakhs (each plot) and Mr. Ravindranath Reddy(Cuddapah Mayor) involvement in this encraochment.

This site is located very close (Less than 1KM) to outer ring road and Ramoji Rao’s Rao Ramadevi public School). You can’t miss seeing this site when travelling from HYD to VJW (NH9) on your left side (Road pakkana site with a long wall constructed)

Naakunna options
1. Fight for this land, as my dad bought this plot with his earnings and currently have all the valid documents – But don’t know how to proceed? $t@rw@r
2. Me being in US and considering my dad’s old age and health problem - Memory flush kotti - Ignore the fact that we owned this land and have peace of mind.  S*Mn#
3. Or accept the offer (Rs 50K) by the encroacher and be satisfied which would give more confidence and hope for the encroacher to do the same again and again.

Worst case if 1st option doesn’t work, I would like to go with the 2nd option rather than the 3rd option rather than giving a free hand for the encroacher.

best aithey file a case and go to media... they will come for settlement... take wht ever they offer and forget the fact that you own it...
the reason I gave this option is it is very time consuming process to get a decision in favor of u unless u are ready to spend 20-50 lakhs more to get hold of revenue people and court stuff like that...

dont loose it when it is ur ...who ever might be the opponent but considering ur situation as u r in US and dads health ...u can approach any powerfull/equlent influenced guy who can do a good settlement so that atleast u get 50% of the original rate of that land .....if u want i can link u to one of my friend in Hyderabad who can help u in this case ....

When u start Aproaching media, be prepared for all kind of things happening further,,

Mana vallu ikkkada Cheppina antha Easy gaa media tho pani avvadhu..

If you know some big head either in TDP or from Congress in Telangana, try to have a talk with them and make sure , he don;t ask for a share in the outcome./

Also try to talk to a Lawyer known very close to you , if possible thru some of their kids , I mean to say is lke

don't  get into the media until you do all the background work  and keep everything in a Legallly safeway.


Only then approach any media whether its in support of jagan or against Jagan..

if u want go with ur first option den check whether u have all the original documents and approach a lawyer, file a case against him. do they have water and power supply on their name ? no matter who is in possession of the land unitll u have all the original documents. even though the person who sold u the land is dead/alive, no matter because his thumb print will be assigned in the document.....do u have link document fr ur sale deed if so u can get ur land back or reasonable amount for it.  but this is a time consuming process. but my suggestion is dont bend ur knees who ever the opponent is !!! fight against them. i can suggest u an organisation which fights against this type of fraud.
be a man. be a responsible citizen.
