Land encroached in HYD. How to proceed or fight? Any suggestions please

Thanks all for your time and suggestions. After lot of thinking and considering all my well-wishers suggestions, I have decided to
1.Initially fight for the land along with my relative who owns 4 plots and sailing in the same boat like me.
2.In this process, we have already verified the sale deed with Pedda Amberpet Sub-Registrar office document. So far everything looks good.
3.Also verified the online encumbrance certificate from year (1970 until 2009). This also matches to the our sale documents which is good news for us. But again we will need to manually apply for EC until current year/date making sure this land was never loaned to any bank etc and still matches the last sale that was done in 1986 to my dad.
4.Once I get the EC, I should be approaching the Pedda Amberpet Sub-Registrar officials requesting them to identify my plot. (But I have been hearing that these officials especially in HYD are very corrupt and it’s time consuming- but no choice-will need to at least try)
5.Then I will need to approach a lawyer(I guess civil lawyer) and then follow his instructions which would most likely be filing a police complaint and then send a legal notice.Assuming all goes well until this stage, I guess the encroacher would offer us some reasonable price. ..

And finally I would advise all AFDBian’s –Buy land in your area (The place where you live) Sthanabalam vuntundhi…..No worries…India has a good land potential…Only a metter of time to appreciate...No matter whether it’s VJW, GNT, Tenali or Ponnuru etc….so people investing in land make sure to
1.Monitor your land atleast every month especially when holding the land for long term gains. If possible build a wall.
2.Keep contact with the neighboring plot owners.
3.Whenever your neighbor’s are selling their plots make sure you/someone from your family is present while calculating the plot area (Kolathalu).
4.When buying a plot make sure the land documents and the seller are genuine.
5.If the seller is selling inherited property make sure to get approval signatures from blood relation members (brothers, sister and seller’s kid if they are major on the day of sale)
6.Make sure the land is not assigned/government land.
