Land encroached in HYD. How to proceed or fight? Any suggestions please

1.Initially fight for the land along with my relative who owns 4 plots and sailing in the same boat like me.

3.Also verified the online encumbrance certificate from year (1970 until 2009). This also matches to the our sale documents which is good news for us. But again we will need to manually apply for EC until current year/date making sure this land was never loaned to any bank etc and still matches the last sale that was done in 1986 to my dad.
4.Once I get the EC, I should be approaching the Pedda Amberpet Sub-Registrar officials requesting them to identify my plot. (But I have been hearing that these officials especially in HYD are very corrupt and it’s time consuming- but no choice-will need to at least try)
5.Then I will need to approach a lawyer(I guess civil lawyer) and then follow his instructions which would most likely be filing a police complaint and then send a legal notice.Assuming all goes well until this stage, I guess the encroacher would offer us some reasonable price. ..

police complaints, lawyer daggariki povadam valla solve avvadam koncham kashtam baa..but if u want the whole land back, then probably that is an option..settlement emaina chuskundham ani ankunte, local MLA evado chudu..see if he's from the congress..vadu koncham manchodu ani teliste vadini approach avvu..lekapote media ni approach avvachu..but media kuda enta varaku veetini highlight chestado cheppalemu  H&*() H&*()

2 yrs back ma anna land ni renuka chowdary gaadi chemcha kabja chesadu ilanee..ma anna ki koncham contacts unde baane..YSR CA teliste, vaadu chuskunadu antha..and moreover YSR ki renuka chowdary ki padadu..so jagan gadu rechipoyyadanta..my bro got his land back within a couple of months  CITI_c$y CITI_c$y CITI_c$y

2months back hero srikanth kuda edo tv channels ki vachadu...land edo minister / mla occupy chesadu anii....dani taruvatha emaindo kuda teleyadu....

India lo konne kanna ae africa lo konnte best ala tayyaru ayendi mana desham.....nenu monna land konta anukuna...kani vadu registration chesdama ante....land owener gadu notary annadu...anduke konna ledu.....

brother, practically media kuda paisalu thesukune panulu chestharu anthe ! valla channel publicity vasthundi ante ne pani chestharu ledha chayaru.. nenu chala cases chusanu, where tv9 was offered money and they did not publish that news on their channel after coverage ... so think twice before approaching media ...


ur 1st option is not at all good. This is India dude, case eppudu theluthundo evadiki thelusu...


I have other option for u... approaching things politically... ante neeku thelisina friend circle evarikaina politicians thelisi vunte chudu...

5 years back maa daddy akka 20 lakhs petti 2000 sq ft konnaru. ippudu adhi 5 lakhs ki ammutham anna konetodu dikku ledu.  @3$% @3$% @3$%

btn land gurunchi marchipoy. ledha vallu entha isthe antha thisukoni silent ayipo. nuvvu ikkada undi mee parents akkada unnapudu risk unnecessary.
fyi Pedha amberpet areal lo more than 90% plots double triple registration ayyayi. nuvvu court ki velli case vesina, matter settle ayyi land nee chethiki vachesariki 20-30 years paduthundi. u will end up spending more money for lawyer fees and other things when compared to price of Plot.

area =350 Sq yards -  NH9 road adjoining site (Plot No: 218) Less than 1 KM from Outer ring road-
So nee doubt 10 lakhs vundadhu anaa? So meeku aa area idea vuntee konchem rate cheppandi yentha vuntundhoooo?

About double registartion - In my previous post, I already specified that I verified to make sure there was no double registartion for these plots. The sale deed and EC still refelects the information to my dad's sale deed likewise with my relative plots as well. And more over the encroacher was trying to make a settlement with my relative who also own 4 plots in the same area. About double registartion - In my previous post, I already specified that I verified to make sure there was no double registartion for these plots. If I were you, I will fight legally. But it depends on the logistics. Mee Dad chooskoleru, nuvvu India la levu. that can be a prob.

But political ga bhayadadam waste. I will go legally if I have all the documents.  #~` #~` #~`

You can get police security if you get some treats.

No one can occupy this good will of hard earned money,
if we dont fight tomorrow he will others.

Also SUE him, for making mind struggle this much, suing should not be ordinary
he should be sued for atleast 3 crores.

Immediately also write a letter to SOnia and Rahul, so these people will not bring bad name to their party.
