length ki easy ee..null terminated string aite, iterate till you encounter NULL, count++ for every non null character..
final ga length return cheyi after ur done with the counting..
substr kuda simple ee..substr(s[1],s[10]) ante s[1] nunchi s[10] varaku oka kotha string ni form cheyali..so 1 nunchi 10 ante length 11 undali if it is null terminated..
and copy chestu poo kotha string lo ki character by character..anthe
