akhil79 Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 Senior most producer and poet MS Reddy (also known as Mallemala) wrote his autobiography with the title ‘Idi Na Katha’. He didn’t use any filter in unleashing the experience he faced with Jr NTR in it. In a chapter he said that Jr NTR is very arrogant and gives no respect for elders. “I made first film with Jr NTR. That is ‘Ramayanam’ when he was a kid. But later I also thought to make first film with him as hero. But he did that on Usha Kiran banner. Even then I tried to make a film with him after that. He could come to my office after following up to listen to a story. As soon as we decided to start, Subbarami Reddy has come to meet me. I said that I will talk to him and come back in a few minutes. But when I returned, Jr NTR left the office. He did not respond when I called as well. When I enquired I came to know that he was hurt for making him wait. “Who is Reddy to make me wait”, was the line Jr NTR uttered when my people called him”, he wrote in his book. After reading this a journalist asked him why he wrote about a popular hero so directly and is it not sounding one sided. As a reply to that he said on phone, “Jr NTR is a waste fellow. He feels like demigod. What ever he has seen that is maximum. He cannot see bright future in coming years. I can understand how he might have behaved with many other old people in the state, with the experience I had. The curse of older people those have faced trouble from him will not leave him. If you feel I wrote only my view one sided, why do you ask me again? You call Jr NTR and ask about this incident”. Indeed, this is a new angle in Jr NTR never known to people. Don’t know why MS Reddy is firing him in this degree. The version of Jr NTR also must be listened in this case. Right now MS Reddy’s autobiography ‘Idi Na Katha’ is rising many eye brows. Indeed, its not just about Jr NTR but he mentioned about many others as well.

sombarey Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 gunashekars.. reasoningVeteran producer M.S.Reddy's controversial remarks against director Gunashekar have created furor. Soon after Mr.Reddy's comments were published in the media (especially in our website, Telugucinema.com), director Gunasekhar immediately gave clarification and had refuted allegations made on him. He termed Mr.Reddy's autobiography as fictional story. Here is director Gunasekhar's version. Generally autobiographies inspire readers but very few unravel their life with truth and integrity. But those who interacted with him/her, would easily find what did they hide and what they lied in the name of ' Aatma Katha ' (autobiography). My brother K Ram Gopal produced my second film, Sogasu Choodatarama , and Mr.M.S.Reddy appreciated our effort and promised us to buy the movie but he didn't keep his promise, which led us in deep trouble to release the movie. Despite the fact that he didn't supported us when were in needy, I was thankful to him for the sole reason that he did, in fact, recognized my talent. Out of respect for this gesture, I agreed to make a film with him although I had several offers from other producers after I got appreciation for Sogasu Choodatarama . I came up with a unique and nearly impossible idea of making Ramayanam with child artistes, when he agreed to produce, I did finish the movie, taking mere meager monthly salary for my work. The film starring Master N.T.Ramarao won the prestigious National Award. Being ever thankful to him, I agreed to do a movie titled Okkadu with him again. As I was preparing for the Okkadu , Mrigaraju released and flopped miserably. Seeing the result of Mrigaraju , he went to hero Mahesh Babu and said that he could not risk of erecting lavish set of Charminar and instead asked him to change the director (meaning to remove me). These consequences led me to go with producer M.S.Raju. I am always thankful to producer M S Raju and hero Mahesh Babu for supporting me irrespective of successes and failures. Later, both NTR (Jr) and I have agreed upon for doing a film for M.S.Reddy, yet it didn't materialize and reasons for it are known only to Mr.Reddy's antaratma. I can expose these truths in my autobiography but in the name of autobiography, I don't want to harass the readers. Thus I am explaining here. And moreover, Mr.Reddy did only say that it was his 'story', but didn't term it as 'autobiography', nor did he say he wrote with his conscience. So we should not give much thought to these 'fictional stories.''Idhi matram 100% nijam. Gunashekar/NTR combo 2005 time lo ravali. M.S reddy oddilesinna tharvatha, Athadu producers (jayabheri) were supposed to produce it, but it didn't materialize. M.S reddy is a delusional old man who is trying to make a quick buck. Sensationalism ni cash cheyataniki try chesthanaruHe basically made up a story with inspired real life elements
