Ippudu tanu H1 ki apply cheyocha? or india vellipovala???Uscis call cheste value vellipomannaru… and Employer ki adigithe school lo enroll avamantunnadu?? edi safest option koncham cheppara????Thank You
PMREDDY19 Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 I guess school lo enroll ayina kaani ... u may need to get ur Student status anukunta..As u already moved from Student to OPT and already crossed the status..So better to talk to a Lawyer before getting to a new school again..

She is leaving this sunday..

I talked to some one in my univ and they volunteered to talk to your friend if she is interested and offer help1 st thing -> unemployment starts counting from the day you recieve your opt card ( start date on the OPT card.. not the date mentioned on your i20.).. example you want your opt to start on august 25 but you recieve your opt card on september 1st and it indicates that your opt card is valid and you can work from sepetember 1st - august 24th, the un employment period will be counted 90 days from september 1st.also when I talked to my international student advisor in my univ she said they usually USCIS wont deny the application but will send a letter asking for more information/documentation.Email me - [email protected] and we can discuss this over the phone.
sanjaysahu Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 Bhayya'I used to work in International Programs office ,shez fine dont worry .only thing she needs to do is find an Univ where her status /sevis will be re instated . find some community college also.it works ask her to apply for F1 status I mean apply to any Univ any course doesnt matter even English Language Program Lantidhi then immediately find an employer and ask to apply for h1 on premium If you want I can talk to my Employer and if she z fine he can help her Allz well
