5 years experience with application development with .Net technologies 5 years web based development with .Net technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, etc)
5+ years professional application development with focus on enterprise application and data architecture
5+ years professional application modeling experience, proven application architectural strategies and implementation.
5+ years experience with multiple database platforms, application servers, and development environments
Experience creating application framework (Client and server components)
Knowledgeable with Web / IT infrastructure support and administration experience.
5+ years database (DB2, Teradata, MS SQL/Server, VSAM, etc.) experience including writing and tuning SQL and database programming (PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc.)
5+ years application development and integration; systems integration
Proficient in design documentation and communication(UML a plus)
Full software development life-cycle experience on large/complex enterprise projects
Must have Excellent Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Planning and Coordination skills.
Self-motivated (proactive about following up on assigned tasks or open issues)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Mobile device development, a plus
Retail store application experience, a plus
