I would say indians are biggest racists people, they differentiate people based on " caste, creed, region, religion,financial status ,color, sex"...

reservations were supposed to bring up poor people( who were from lower caste in old days) but later on politicians capitalized on the idea of reservations for their votes and thats how caste got bigger than people
