how do you think that it will help us......our courts do not have jurisdiction on the country that is attacking us

all we need is a good security policy.........  which NDA gov has  initiated fortunately

take my world for granted there would be no major conventional wars between any nuclear countries.... it would be 4th generation covert operations

i am sad to say that we Indians are not ready for that............ not because our armed forces lack courage but our politicians lack that courage

we do not have sufficient intelligence network  and technology to do such operations

during the time of NDA govt...they released the law as POTA or something else i dont remember exactly.....how they released new law against security issues ......basically everything depends on indian govt...they never start thinking about economy and security issues....

POTA - prevention of terrorism act, was one of the best things happened to our country. under which terrorist will be prosecuted through special cells and courts......  and any one found guilty will be sentenced to death or life in prison

but  this Shit head cong govt repealed that law due to which KAsab's case is still going on

basically once govt approved the bill in parliament....then how come cong govt will make changes in it ......how it possible ....
