A Wii will work anywhere as long as it has the right electrical supply.If you mean, can you play Indian games on US Wii, then it's no. US Wii games are NTSC, while Indian Wii games are PAL. Wii's are region locked, so you can only play games that's specifically made for that region's Wii.
