i will definitely go with Sony Vaio or if you like Mac then a Mac.. As far as Sony vaio is concerned i am using it for the past 4 yrs and except the Battery which of course failed after 2 years and little starting problem since its vista (rubbish OS) once it gets going it works far better than any other laptop from DELL or LENOVO and picture quality and sound quality are far superior to those cheap laptops. mine is a VGN CR 220E but you can find some newer products from SONY or if you like sleek and high end product go for MAC but don't opt for DELL or LENOVO..
