petro-chemical corridor.. one more sea port is going to come there, already reliance power plant is being constructed near by.. lot of manufacturing plants will come over in this corridor.

adhi antha hype valla vachina rates.. they wont withstand long term.. real estate market should be based on demand and supply... with out new employment opportunities in that area those prices are not justified. just the way people bought lands in hyderabad outskirts kokapet, fab city aa city ee city and places like that.. vallu andharu ippudu edusthunnaru...
