idea is always simple but implementation and making it to business well a successful time takes lot of time and effort.
Dreaming  to make a business success whilst staying remotely will be a challenging task.
You need to make sure you have the right people to continue ur business operations.
If you really want to do business, don't try to copy idea,,identify necessity , existing players, are they successfull ? to what extent ? business growth in last 5 years,, trends in their customers enrolment etc
u think about idea which makes u different, unique and more appealing to people from the existing players ,do market research then post in DB for support like how would different people take the idea ,, meaning to get to know more pro's and con's etc.
you might end up going no where with the ideas .

how could you assume that plot you buy is going to sell @ much higher price?
basics of the idea is correct slightly to an extent but idea needs lot's of tweaking to grow as a successfull business.
