I am planning to take an used car from a private party (not a dealership) worth 10,000$ ......so, wanted to hear from you guys about the best way to buy i.e to go for a loan or pay by the cash that I have.

Please suggest some good loan companies with low or reasonable interest rates....

Any one have idea about Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU)? any feedback on this company?
