****Need Help Regarding OPT****

Hi Frnds,

One of my friends finished her OPT(1 year becoz MBA) and didnt get a job.. Her OPT was finished today and now she has 60 day grace period and now she got a job starting august 5th. Please tell us how to proceed because my consultancy guy said that he will file H1 after 3 months because to get a client letter and all those. How to solve this situation. ?

if her OPT is done she cant work for the client until and unless she has the receipt notice for H1-B. ask the consultancy guy to apply for H1 immediately.. Does she qualify for  the STEM??

I dont think there is STEM for MBA ppl. But, is there any way for CPT or admission in another college like that.. ?

Yes thats the only way.. Get into another program and start the new job as CPT.. No other Option..

Better ante Nuvvu already MBA chesina College lo ne evanna certification programs untai for 8 mons or so. daantlo register ayyi mee vadini H1 apply cheyamanu.. Time and money rendu kalisostai
