bingoooo Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 y mama? what s the process i don know bout UK but in US first you get a temporary green card after 6 months of marriage which i think is valid for 2 yrs and after that if you are still together you are eligible to apply for a perm one and they do a lot of checks to make sure that both of you live together after which only you can get a perm GC. i think it might be almost the same in UK too..
