Differences between UNVA and Tri-Valley ( Important )

Dont Compare UNVA with Tri-valley university .

Tri-valley is closed due to Big fraud done by university so that university was closed . Due to this students had suffered alot

Eg :- Tri-valley university bought the out of status students in to status which is a very big immigration fraud in US and many more fraud . so  due to this students are also treated as same by us government

Where as with UNVA it regular issue not a fraud so no student as to worry

Roughly 200 Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certified schools each year go out of business or have
SEVP certification removed. 

UNVA comes under above category . Options from ICE are given according to above category .

Most Important .. UNVA is not closed . ICE had removed SEVP certification . They can enroll local students .

US government will follow the regular rules as per norms for closed colleges where as with tri-valley Immigration fraud rules as bee followed ( Its totally mistake of tri-valley university which still suffering lot of Indian students  )

Here with UNVA . NO student will suffer . there are free to transfer . there will be no mark on there sevis.

Please Dont panic others . Its very regular issue with UNVA .
