The six pack abs fad is a common thing in the Bollywood circuit but now it has picked up in Tollywood as well. Some of the aspiring and top league heroes are having the urge to sport a six pack. But then, the experts reveal that there is an underlying risk in it.

A noted medical and fitness expert revealed “For building muscles, good levels of testosterone hormone is required. Usually, when it is not sufficient, actors and body builders tend to take injections and capsules. But it is the usage of such artificial means which will hamper your sexual performance.”

The expert added “If it is a natural presence of testosterone then it is okay to do workout and gain the six packs. But due to the usage of injections or pills, the libido levels will be there but erectile dysfunctions happen in many cases.” So folks, if you are planning for a six pack, better check with your doctor about sex lack.
