He has been riding his luck in Test Cricket with the Big guns in Batting like immortals so far. His flaws as a batsman in the Test side were always hidden under the stats of Tendu/Dravid/VVS/Sehwag. Once the same fellows started failing, his batting is getting under the scrutiny by all the folks...


He has been absolutely horrendous in Test Cricket especially outside India. He has neither the technique nor the grit to hang in there at this level. Lately his keeping has gone down too...

Now I am not denying that this guy is brilliant in limited overs form. You don't need much technique there. Just stand and deliver.

I know India is much better than what they have shown us so far. But this series is a major embarrassment for the so called No.1 Team...

We can all say that Sehwag is not there, Zak is injured, Gauti is injured... bla bla bla.. The fact is, even with them, India would have been mauled. May be not as bad. But losing by like 150 runs easily.

Dhoni as a batsman does not deserve a place in the Test side especially when playing outside of India... His boy Bhajji is a major disappointment... He chickened out from bowling in the 2nd innings.. His place in the side is a major wasted spot.

Under-prepared + Lack of Technique + BCCI's greed = Embarrassment for India
