One serious doubt in SQL.. Please help

Hello pends,

Can we rollback any statement if its NOT used within transaction ??? ninna, mana galigannarao mama, rollback cheyochu(without keeping the statements in transactions) ani cheppadu.. but I m trying, I m not getting.... I am getting error when i m using rollback...

I tried by creating a gif to show u how exactly I m doing...

I am getting this error... ( this error can be observed above)

can some help me how can we rollback a statement even when we don't use it in transactions .... thanx

Nuvvu use chestunna SQL tool la setting unodcchu, auto commit ani!!! Adi check cheyyi.

Suggestion: Anta kashtapadi GIF cheshe badulu, 2 screenshots eyyocchu kada. Choodadaniki kuda easy ga untadi.

Nenu chaala saarlu rollback use cheshina on Oracle. Same nuvvu cheshinde cheshina. Definite ga, nuvvu icchina every command automatic ga commit ayitundi, Adi usual ga Toad la setting untadi AUTO COMMIT AFTER EVERY STATEMENT ani. Daanni uncheck chesta nenu usual ga.

See if there is such a setting in your SQL Tool.
