the mother of all these problems.....lack of good leadership and visionary leaders.....konni problems mana desanikee sontam.....so we need customised solutions......for all our probs.....as the mechanics of population is different....

take top technological and engineering companies.....vallu andaru chala brilliant ppl ne recruit chesukuntaru....coz ....commonsense says they make company prosper.....

mari mana desam lo janalu ...they deserve better.....we need very able,courageous ,brilliant,dynamic and visionary leaders....we need them very much....so na point entante.....why dont we produce them out of schools......like inter ayyaka evarithe political leader avudamu ani career ni decide chesukuntaro.....establish schools for them...they take extensive course work on how to serve ppl.....i am nt talking about civil service....

We need lots n lots of good leaders who really knows our problems....mana country consistent ga fail avutundi......why dont we try this and see??
