mari mana desam lo janalu ...they deserve better.....we need very able,courageous ,brilliant,dynamic and visionary leaders....we need them very much....so na point entante.....why dont we produce them out of schools......like inter ayyaka evarithe political leader avudamu ani career ni decide chesukuntaro.....establish schools for them...they take extensive course work on how to serve ppl.....i am nt talking about civil service....

We need lots n lots of good leaders who really knows our problems....mana country consistent ga fail avutundi......why dont we try this and see??

Civil service is exactly meant for that, political leaders change every 5 years, but bureaucracy doesnt change, they may get transferred to some other place, average shelf life of IAS is minimum 35 years,

corruption at their level is causing more porblems than actual political leaders, they cover up all the bad stuff done by politicians, if they dare to come out openly to press about politicians who did corruptions, politicians cannot survive a day

coming to the matter of level of education, i dont imagine any exam in the world is as competitive as IAS, and also the level of training they get is extraordinary

inspite of all that, corruption is to the core, our problem is we have to build knowledge based society like norway, sweden, germany instead of following Capital based societies like US

world cannot sustain the greed of 1.2 billion indians everywhere (excluding china).. soon you will see daily finance for 10% interest running on moon and mars by indians

greed for money is ending up developing countries including india

In most of European countries, people are not really concerned or talk much about how much others have, but in idnia money is the greatest source of pride and prestige no matter how you earn it

Helmut Kohl was chancellor of Germany in 90's for 2 terms, at the end of his term, his name showed up in one scam, he was never convicted,  no one speaks to him even today, he was abandoned in the same community, this was shown in one of the television, media there did good thing by improving the integrity consciousness by showing this

In case of Software Development there is Test, UAT, Production... test lo fail ayina pass aina evadiki teliyadu, UAT lo fail aite konta mandiki telustadi.. Production lo Fail aite andariki telustadi.. udyogam udatadi..
