Breakfast Oat meal(with miiK)

10ki  green tea

12 or 1 ki Lunch(chicken salad or boiled chicken or boiled veggies)

3 ki green tea

malli 4:30 to 5 ki dry fruits

gym ki vellamundu protein shake
gym nundi vachaka protein shake

night sleep veesey tapudu 3 eggs(without yellow one)

inka aakali vestey oka banana or oat meal with milk
