split ur food....instead of eating 3 times, take the same quantity of food five times a day  S#d^ S#d^ drink green tea, dont skip any meals for diet  S#d^  nite time lo rice thinakunda salads thinadam alavatu chesko or 2 leg pieces of chicken  S#d^
