mama nuvvu ekada untavo teledu kaani......nenu cheppe deit tips drastic change undadhu kaani will be useful in long run and gradual ga taggutav.......


Gym in the morning around 1 and half hour. which shoulr include 20 mins walk n 20 mins running. and the rest weights focusing abdomen..

everyday morning breakfast as usual but not heavy nor fat food. (you know wat after doing gym our body metabolism rate will be very very good so wat ever u eat will digest very fast remember this point)

have a fruit at around 1030 am [b]if u feel hungry[/b] otherwise drink water .....make this a habit. stop all junk foods.

one hour before lunch time have a cup of green tea. In lunch eat roti or chapathi, stop eating rice bcoz rice makes u grow fat. Have 3 roti n some curry , no masala. bcoz of masala's your metabolic rate goes down.

and again at around 4 have a cup of tea and some wheat biscuit which are available in the market.

night time you have two options:

1) either have roti's again (which i dont prefer) but good

2) have milk with oats and wheat bran flakes which is 98% fat free and very good for health.

oats n flakes dont taste good ( but good things for health never taste good)

so add a half spoon of chocolate syrup or any flavor which you like to the milk with oats.

if u still feel hungry have an orange which has very good vitamins n anti  acids.

one time in week have a lunch or dinner of your own ( eat as if you are eating like hell) by doin so u can satisfy ur inner feeling thta I am starving n not eating good food.

ATB by doin so u reduce definely 10 kgs in 3 months whihc is very good change in body. and will be useful when u come to 40.

I did this and I really felt the change. I did not copy [aste from anywhere.

weight gain avali anukunte gym cheyyi but do it on the lighter side and have rice everyday......definte ga gain avutav.....

have full cream milk instead of toned or skimmed milk  S%Hi S%Hi
