Work out cheyyi....

idi 2weeks kachitam gaa chestha...koncham change kanipistundi....aa pakkane food kanipistunid...like oka biryani...chicken curry oo...pizza lite baa...coke tagatam manesa...aa taruvata beer kanipistundi....inka anthey malli ilanti taadu chusevaaraku idee pani....

junk food tinaku/avoid oil/no biryani

only protein food like egg/chicken(boiled)/turky/black beans

And rice complete bandh kaakunda, tinabuddi ayinappudu limited quantity (Lunch or weekends) tinu. Beer weekends taagu, hard taagu with Soda instead of beer to cut on calories. Ayina 5 days or work and 2 days of holidays manchi alavate.

Deenini okkate saari anta conrol cheyyoddu bhayya. Kashtapadi cheyyaku. Ishtapadi cheyyi. Food ni 1 to 10 scale la, okkate saari 3 ki teeskocchi waste... 7 ki teeskara... 10 kanna better ee kada.
